I was you. I have experienced a plethora of diagnoses and symptoms including autoimmune, a scary blood clot, premature menopause, Raynaud’s, skin issues, depression and anxiety. At best, I was told by doctors the symptoms were ‘treatable’ with a lifetime of medications – at worst, I was inappropriately told, if i didn’t take the medication, “I am at a higher risk of dying”.. and all this without anyone understanding the cause.

I have spent the last 5+ years figuring out the road to recovery, so you don’t need to.  And I’ve been an advocate and student of holistic health and human potential for the last 20+ years, empowering and liberating myself through copious hardships.

I believe the best way to get to the crux of your chronic issues is not by looking solely at the physical issues but at your brain’s response to your chronic symptoms because ALL pain comes from the brain  (aka pain neuroscience baby). So instead of looking at the physical symptoms, we will look at the perpetual fear cycle your brain is in, often unconsciously.

Yet there is NO doubt, your pain is 100% real! It absolutely is – your body (and brain) are screaming for attention! It is called Neuro-Plastic pain or MindBody Syndrome (MBS). I know you may skeptical, especially after everything you have been through (and rightfully so). Yet this is the missing piece you have been looking for. There are many studies and thousands of recoveries as testament.
