Chronic pain and symptoms are an epidemic of fear. It is a misunderstanding between your brain, your nervous system and your body that continues to keep your system in fight or flight, hence causing a perpetual cycle of chronic symptoms – known as MindBody Syndrome (MBS) or TMS.
The purpose of chronic pain or symptoms is to distract attention from frightening, threatening emotions and to prevent their expression.
I'm happy you found me. My hunch is that you've been wanting support for a while, but not sure where to turn. I am here to guide you.

I have firsthand experience, I have been there myself, many times. I have done my own healing and recovered from chronic conditions.
I was overcome by fear and terror witnessing my symptoms becoming chronic. My fingers were going numb and blue, forming ulcers, my skin had hives, i was depressed, and would cry all the time, and I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition.
With my journey, I seeked many practitioners much to no avail, and was always asked if i was stressed. And i would answer 'No' because finally after many hardships i wasn't stressed per se. But i didn't understand what stress truly meant, particularly chronic stress. I thought stress was only big stressors, such as divorce, homelessness, lost which i had finally overcome, or i thought i had. Yet my system was still in stress overload because of suppressed emotions, medical trauma, health issues, lack of belonging and the list goes on. Understanding the depths of stress and the mind-body connection was pivotal in healing.

BELIEF
Believe that you can be well, and will heal. If right now, you think it's a load of crap, at least, fake it until you make it. Once you see results, you will believe!

Do the work and persevere. You will encounter resistance from your brain, that the pain is safer than being real with your feelings. It's not!
SELF COMPASSION
Forgive yourself. Love yourself. Give yourself props for showing up and getting this far. You are doing amazing!
TIME
Be patient. Trust. It takes time to create new brain patterns and habits, and to see results. Not as long as you think though. I will guide you.
