I believe the best way to get to the crux of your chronic symptoms is not by looking solely at the physical symptoms....

I know sounds a bit crazy yet it’s right on par (many studies have proven this).  We need to look at the brain’s response to your chronic symptoms because ALL pain comes from the brain  (aka pain neuroscience baby).

So instead of looking at the physical symptom, we will look at the perpetual fear cycle your brain is in, often unconsciously.

All the other approaches for chronic pain are looking at the body and the physical symptoms, yet it is your brain’s response to pain that is going to actually make the difference.

It is too often dismissive and judgmental, only offers a band-aid approach (that often doesn’t even work), it creates debilitating fear and hopelessness, and a belief within you that ‘you have to live with it’, and only focuses on the physical symptom rather than the actual cause.
This approach creates a harmful perspective and what you really need is an empowering approach that focuses on your internal response to your symptoms, alongside your stress (past and present) and the mind-body connection.
